~How can trust be a pass for our happiness?
Do u know that trust came from promise? Person easily made promise but never think if we break our promise what will happen with the person we promised? Exactly TRUST is the answer.
~Should i trust him/her after what he did to me?promise is just fake!
~How can he/she do that to me after i fully trust him/her for that stupid promise!
~I will never trust him/her after he/she broke our promise!NEVER!
~I will never happy if i can't trust him/her anymore. What if our next promise he/she will do the same thing?
Question will be answered by question. Because of that, why don't we reflect back what we doing with others. Don't blame others if we did the same mistake. Don't easily made promise but then we break it easily. Nobody can live with the person he/she never trust. Before that trust our self first before we trust other.

- trust from ur heart. take time to stay away from people, noise, dreaming, reading, thinking. Be relax, Use ur finger to find where ur heart stayed. Once u found it, stay ur finger there. Do NOT CLOSE ur eyes, see somtng clear with one color ( wall is good - bluesky, white, any soft color ). Ask ur heart using ur heart if ur heart hear what ur heart were say. Keep focus and do NOT CLOSE ur eyes. In few seconds or minutes u ll got the answer from ur heart. The answer's voice same as ur voice but its sound coming from deep ( such as u talking inside of the bottle or glass ) and its very slow and soft.
Everytime u ask those questions to ur heart - Trust and Promises - ur heart will gives u the answer but it really fast like a flash and u must remember the answer is the 1st and NOT the second. Somtimes u ll got answer that can break ur heart but the better will coming then and the best will followed after that.
So ask ur heart - He ll gives u what u need. May God Bless U.
